Hello all! It's been a while since a post because of such a crazy start to a wedding season! This month marks one year of full time planning for me, and what a year it has been. This wedding recap is such a true, fairytale, southern wedding. Heather and Mark were such a sweet couple that really fit together. Heather came to me for day-of assistance with the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding. With a stormy start to the weekend, the rehearsal brought beautiful weather with warm, crisp winds and wonderful, warm sun! Heather and Mark chose Belle Meade Plantations Carriage House to host their rehearsal dinner for their family and out of town guests.
Heather created a fun, crisp, and springlike backdrop for her bar-b-que fun! Her colors were white, lime green, and chocolate brown.
These adorable koozies were created for the guests to carry their beers around all night in their themed colors of lime green and white. They were a huge hit and a great keepsake for all of their guests as a remembrance of the weekend.

Here is the precious couple, Heather and Mark, in their laidback, Nashville casual attire at the end of the night. Great food, great family and friends, and a fun day ahead.

I always love having a pic with the bride, and it has never been at the rehearsal dinner. At the end of a long day, we exchanged a big hug before the wedding day began!
Wedding day brought beautiful skies once again and a very happy bride! I have never seen a bride with a permanent grin like Heather had on that day! She was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute, as every bride should. Her bridesmaids came to join her to get dressed at Woodmont Christian Church were the ceremony was going to be held.
Gorgeous bouquets, altar pieces, and centerpieces were created by Terry White and The English Garden.
Her gorgeous gown was purchased at Faccio Bridal in Franklin.
This incredible picture was taken by photographer Katie with Silent Light Images as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Fun bridesmaids shot in front of a t-bird that was owned by a close friend of the bride, and mother of the maid of honor. It's always fun to incorporate friends and family were you can.

Jack captured this shot of Heather walking in to see Mark for the first time. I love when couples choose to see each other for the first time before the ceremony because it breaks that anxious feeling, you can be alone, and get some of the sweetest shots of the bride and groom and their reactions to seeing each other.
Beautiful ceremony programs with Heather's monogram, since they aren't married yet, were created by Beth at Buchanan Ink, my favorite invitation boutique.
Here we are taking a breather, Amber and I, after getting Heather down the aisle.
This is such a sweet shot looking into the ceremony. Woodmont doesn't allow flash photography in the sanctuary, so Katie captured this moment quietly behind shut doors.
The happy Mr. and Mrs. right after being announced.

Heather, Mark, and the bridal party rode a trolley provided by Matchless from Woodmont Christian to the Hermitage Hotel for the reception.
Gorgeous, and very tasty cakes, were created by Leland Riggins and Dessert Designs.
Super T and The Tyrone Smith Revue provided a night full of entertainment, even pulling out the "Super T" costume and getting the bride and bridesmaids up on the stage.
Heather and Mark, Thanks for a wonderful and beautiful night for us! We truly enjoyed helping your dreams become a reality. Many blessings in the years to come!
