Name: Peter and Whitney Carlson
Business: Dove Wedding Photography
Your site address and blog: www.doveweddingphotography.com
How would you describe your style or work: We treat each image as a work of art, but your images will be beautiful
because you are beautiful. Everything that you have planned for your
wedding is what will make them that way. You are a work of art.
Favorite thing about your job? The favorite thing about our job is that we get to expierence one of the most important parts of someones life. It also gives us great joy when we are able to show someone how beautiful they are by capturing it in a photograph.
Magazine must have - Reader's Digest (Whitney is an old lady at heart) and Professional Photographer
Guilty Pleasure - Whitney=Ice Cream, any time, anywhere. Peter=Cheese. It can be eaten by itself and it can go on top of most anything. Even apple pie.
What do you do first thing when you wake up? When Peter first wakes up he must take a shower and try not to wake Whitney. When Whitney wakes up she reads blogs and watches The Today Show.
When it rains Whitney curls up in a Slanket and reads a book while Peter goes to work and complain about the pain from the dog-bite scar in his leg.
Mac or PC? Apple has saved us a lot of time and money.
What's on your iPod? iPod = The Polyphonic Spree, Outkast, Paper Route, Arcade Fire
Travel Dreams = We want to go everywhere. Especially Holland, Swedan, England, China, Uganda, and India. We'll get it narrowed down sometime.
Piece of Advice: Weddings are meant to be enjoyed and they should not be stressful. Make sure your wedding plans involve people and tools that will help you reach this goal. Do not plan to do work on your wedding day. This is the one day that you can have everyone at your command and everyone is willing to serve you. Enjoy it!
Happy Planning!

A Delightful Day

Peter & Whitney are two of the most 'real' people I think I will ever meet. Plus they are way fab wedding photographers.
