Wedding Recap

August 10, 2008

Megan + Kyle- July 12, 2008

I am so excited to debut the wedding of Megan and Kyle on the blog! Megan was a wonderful bride to work with, and was actually a maid of honor in a wedding we had the previous month at Union Station Hotel. Megan was a very involved bride, with a crafty side for do it yourself projects. Her wedding was filled with ideas of her own, that incorporated the yellow, ivory, and brown color scheme and their monogram created by Sweet Life Designs. Megan and Kyle chose to have their moving wedding ceremony at West End Church of Christ and southern hospitality reception at Belle Meade Plantation. The beautiful photographs you're about to enjoy were taken by one of our favorite husband and wife photography teams, Inara Studios. Megan and several of her bridesmaids started their day getting their hair done at Illusions Day Spa in Belle Meade and then coming over to the church to have Megan's makeup done by a close friend and getting dressed up!

3103_0048 copy

Megan loves bows, so her chignon bun was in the shape of a bow! Love it! These are those little details that make a bride's day her own!

3103_0122 copy

Megan's beautiful gown and veil were purchased at The White Roomin Lebanon, which she accented with gold shoes, that went perfectly with her bridesmaids choice of gold strappy's too!

3103_0245 copy

Adorable Megan and her matching bandeau dress, Kyle sent her a sweet card with a list that they had created separately of all the people that they would want to be present on their wedding day. He had kept the list and wanted to present it to her on that day as a memory to be kept. This sweet note was added to the note that they wrote to each other separately during the lighting of their unity candle. Megan and Kyle had a close friend sing "How Beautiful" during the lighting, and as they were listening, they pinned love notes to each other about how they were feeling at that moment. I enclosed them in an envelope and presented them to give to each other on their one year anniversary. Personalizing your wedding is key!

3103_0285 copy

Megan's beautifully beaded dress was accented with a champagne gold sash a fun brooch that was replicated on her wedding cake, which you'll see later.

The beautiful, and fun, wedding party in front of the church. Her bridesmaids were dressed in a butter yellow, taffeta, cocktail style dress by Dessy. Megan asked the bridesmaids to compliment their dresses with their choice of gold strappy's. The groom and groomsmen wore chocolate brown suits, with lemon yellow ties and vests. Their large bridal party was a blast and included her sisters, nephew, and Kyle's dad was his Best Man.

3103_0577 copy

3103_0919 copy

Megan had many beautiful rentals to compliment the gorgeous interior of West End COC. Her aisle runner carried the monogram that was a theme throughout the wedding decor. Megan had soft florals in whites, yellows, and greens created by Carry Ann and Fresh Nashville.

3103_1110 copy

Megan and Kyle exited into a trolley and celebrated with their bridal party with champagne to toast their nuptials!

3103_1250 copy

A dress replicating cake was created by The Bake Shoppe to compliment their toasting glasses and heirloom cake serving sets. Their monogram was displayed in the background of the cake by Nashville Event Lighting. This same monogram was reflected on her aisle runner, favors, cups the guests used, and the programs.

3103_1265 copy

Nashville Event Lighting also provided the fun lanterns over the dance floor. Carry Ann of Fresh Nashvilleused lemons and limes to bring out the fun summer colors in her florals as well as jade roses, hydrangea, and spider mums.

3103_1289 copy

Megan's sweet tooth brought the favor to life, a homemade chocolate chip cookie for each guest. Their signature label topped each cookie created by Sweet Life Designs. Megan also had stadium cups created for the guests with their monogram to use instead of plain white or clear cups.

First Dance, the bride and groom's moment where no one else in the room exists, and Kyle and Megan truly seemed that way.

This shot truly shows emotion experienced by bride's and "leaving" our daddies!

3103_1533 copy

Chef Christopher's Cateringprovided a fun menu for the guests, including this cold bar of fruits, cheeses, and crackers. The melon had their custom monogram displayed created by Chef Christopher himself. Megan and Kyle had a carving station, mashed potato martini bar, sides, and a delicious beverage bar with lemonade and fruit tea.

3103_1557 copy

The always fun ring shot!

3103_1760 copy

I love seeing the grandparents out on the dance floor! Their guests had a blast dancing to the toons of the Frank Marino Band. They did a fabulous job getting the guests out on the floor!

3103_1818 copy

3103_1789 copy

A Silver Vintage Jag from Matchless Limo took Megan and Kyle to the Sheraton Music City before their early flight the next morning to the Sandals Resort in Saint Lucia. As you can see the raindrops on top of the car, the sky got very dark as the guests were leaving the church. I prayed that the guests would get there, and they did without a drop. Then as I arrived at Belle Meade after leaving the church, the heavens broke loose and came a torrential downpour! But Megan and Kyle were happy as a lark dancing and enjoying their guests, and they didn't let it ruin their day!

3103_2043 copy

Congratulations Megan and Kyle! We had a wonderful day creating your dream wedding and reception! Best wishes in many, many years of happiness to come. Thanks again for allowing us to be apart of all of the excitement. It was a delightful day!

Allison + Mark- Sparks of Love

This title would only be appropriate for a wedding held on July 4th weekend. I met the groom, Mark's, parents at the bridal show in January in need of a wedding planner for their son's wedding in July. Both he and his soon-to-be bride lived in New York and were in desperate need of someone to do all the leg work for them as they wouldn't be in town but a few times. When Allison and I first met, she came into town for a whirlwind weeknd of venue searching. After looking at many options, urban was the style that Allison was going for. That led us to the aVenue on 3rd Avenue South at the foot of the Shelby Street Walking Bridge. Enjoy the beautiful shots from Allison and Mark's wonderful day July 4th weekend from the always talented Whitney, Peter, and Jen of  Dove Wedding Photography.

IMG_2403

Allison's beautifully amazing dress by Monique Lhuillier was a slim fitting figure with lace and fit her perfectly. She was a vision with subtle bridal beauty. This creative shot was taken in the hallway of the Hotel Indigo where the bride and her bridesmaids stayed for the wedding weekend.

IMG_2538

I love this shot of her shoes on the windowseal. Her incredibly sexy, and comfortable, shoes were by Cole Haan who now produces a line of shoes that has the cushioning of the nike tennis shoes. The comfort allowed Allison to dance the night away with her bridesmaids and family.

IMG_2673

This beautiful shot of Allison's engagement ring that was taken as she was having the final touches of her hair and makeup. Allison had several friends who were a makeup artist and a hair stylist to come down and do her hair and makeup, as well as be invited guests to celebrate with them.

IMG_2891

Allison had a beautiful gold colored sash that was an element added to her color scheme of royal purple, apple green, and ivory, with hints of chocolate brown and gold.

IMG_8288

The handsome groom, Mark.

IMG_2974

These photos were some of the first moments of Mark and Allison seeing each other for the first time before the ceremony. They wanted to take advantage of as much at their reception, so all photos of the bride and groom, bridal party, and family members were taken beforehand.

IMG_3014

IMG_3194

IMG_3226

These beautiful photos were taken on the grounds of Benton Chapel which is in the heart of Vanderbilt's Divinity School campus. Mark is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and was able to use the chapel for their wedding ceremony. This beautiful chapel is used by graduates and employees of Vanderbilt only.

IMG_3281

Allison and Mark's fun bridal party was a blast and one of my favorites that I have worked with to date! This fun photo was taken outside of the chapel. Her groom and groomsmen got their tuxes at MW tux in Green Hills Mall. The fun purple, sweetheart neckline, bridesmaid's dresses were by After Six.

IMG_3565

Allison's precious flowergirl was a friend's daughter, and she did a wonderful job!

IMG_3579

IMG_3787

IMG_8245

IMG_8257

The beautiful programs were designed by Delightful Day's own Amber Housley and Sweet Life Designs. Amber also designed the invitation suite for Allison and Mark as well. It was a beautiful pocketfold design, which was also replicated on the wedding cake.

IMG_3943

The fun ceremony was officiated by Dr. Red Michel, who is a well known minister here in town and officiates for many couples who don't have a homechurch here in town, as Mark and Allison did not. Allison and Mark had a blast saying their vows and showing their true personality in front of their guests. I loved the ceremony. One of my favorites!

IMG_4149

Allison and Mark had a fun stretch limo for them and their bridal party to be escorted downtown provided by Precious Cargo Limos.

IMG_4286

Chef's Market were are caterers and did a fabulous job of incorporating Allison and Mark's theme through the food. They created a fun menu of appetizers, meats, and sides that their guests truly enjoyed. Followed by delicious wedding cake created and designed by Maples Wedding Cakes.

IMG_4367

Amber and Sweet Life Designs also created the fun gobo monogram showing on the wall behind the cake that was also displayed on their invitation suite and programs.

IMG_4356

The fun lounge style centerpieces with spider mums, hydrangea, and orchids was created by Carry Ann of Fresh Nashville. We did all ivories and greens in the florals to coordinate well with the royal purple linens.

IMG_4498

The fun lighting with apple green and white lanterns, monogram gobo, and white uplighting was created by Blake and Nashville Event Lighting. Blake also provided a night of great toons acting as the DJ for Allison and Mark.

IMG_4688

Allison and Mark had some fun lounge sets around the dance floor provided by Music City Tents and Events to provide some soft seating for her guests, as well as a few 60" rounds for family, and cozy 4 tops for couples to enjoy.

IMG_9001

Congratulations Allison and Mark! We had the best time helping the sparks fly on the day of your event. Too bad you didn't get to go to the Kenny Chesney concert, Allison, but you did get to have your own day as the main event! We wish you guys many, many wonderful years and thanks again for choosing us to be apart of your day! ~ Mary Alice

Leigh Ann + John- June 14th

This wedding is a long awaited post! Leigh Ann and John were one of the sweetest couples and so sincere in planning a wedding that focused on them, the love that they have for each other, and the wonderful family and friends that would be celebrating with them. She contacted me for assistance with their small, 75 guest wedding, that they were actually going to be doing in the beautifully landscaped backyard of a close friend of the couple. We began the planning process with a visit to the Loudon's home in Hendersonville and hit the ground running, planning a June wedding. I am always one for a Plan B, just in case of inclement weather. But, with the strange shape of the backyard and its shape around the pool, we didn't have any options for a tent. So, we were praying to the Lord no rain, and it did rain that day, up until about 5 hours before the wedding and when set up began. Enjoy these wonderful images that were captured on this beautiful day by Evin Photography.

0089

This beautiful portrait shot that was on display at the wedding, and was taken at Lillie Belle's in Franklin where Evin's studio is located. Leigh Ann was the "Barbie" bride. She looks like a replica of what a bridal Barbie would look like!

0221

Leigh Ann enjoyed a very leisurely day of having hair and makeup done at their home in Brentwood and dressing at her wedding site.

0240

Leigh Ann is known for her love of pink and bling. She loves any kind of diamonds, so her adorable shoes had a blinged out ankle wrap design. They matched wonderfully with her beaded gown.

0263

With our pink and bling theme, with a touch of Sex and The City elegance, Rhonda Patton created a beautiful bouquet of pink roses with a diamond cuff.

0283

This photo was taken of Leigh Ann and John when they first saw each other. So many brides and groom's are forgoing tradition and are seeing each other before the ceremony. Not only for the sake of time taking pictures beforehand so their guests don't have to wait, but also so that they have some time alone to see each other in a private and intimate location, rather than in front of all their guests.

0342

0450

Fun picture of the bridal party. I love that they had a small party, in keeping with their very intimate wedding.

0508

0541

For Leigh Ann's decor, Rhonda incorporated bling in all different facets. She rented table centerpieces from FABU that were covered in bling and really shimmered later on in the evening with the glow of the candles. Votives were hung from the trees that surrounded the pool area and small votives were floating in the pool while surrounded by paper luminaries. We rented pink pintuck linens for our larger tables and pink satin for our cocktail tables with Connie Duglin Linens. For a more intimate setting we created several lounge set ups with furniture and low cocktail tables from Liberty Party and high boy cocktails with bar stools. A small number of chairs were set up right in front of the ceremony space for family, while guests sat at the cocktails, lounge sets, and large rounds.

0559

0577

The delicious cocktail style foods were provided by Copper Kettle. They had a delicious assortment of fruits, cheeses, and other finger foods chosen by the groom himself. John was very involved in the food aspect of the wedding, even designing the wedding cake.

0589

The beautiful cake was created by Patty Cakes of Hendersonville. John had total control over the design with alternating designs on each tier. To top it off, 4 different flavors of truffles were displayed as well as a compliment to the cake.

0705

0736

Leigh Ann, John, and their guests had a great time dancing and listening to the toons of DJ Emcees.

0718

Here we are after a long, sweaty day! We've got to have our pics done at the beginning of the day when we haven't been moving furniture, running the ceremony and reception, and winding down the evening!

Leigh Ann and John, you were a darling couple and I will truly miss meeting with you two! We wish you many, many delightful years to come and we hope that all of your wedding dreams came true! ~ Mary Alice

Southern Elegance

On May 24th, Erin and Brian's southern wedding was a dream come true for a well planned bride. Erin had a very specific plan in mind and she worked so hard to achieve that! She came to me for day of assitance and also some planning assistance as well. She knew what she wanted and I truly believe that her wedding day was perfect! Erin and Brian's southern nuptuals began at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brentwood, Tennessee for 270 of their closest friends and family, mostly from out of town and making it a fun weekend in Nashville. The night before for their rehearsal dinner, guests enjoyed Nashville casual with sundresses, jeans, and cowboy boots and celebrated Erin and Brian at the Wildhorse Saloon.

1742

After a very sweet ceremony, Erin and Brian were honored in a beautiful and dreamy reception at the Opryland Hotel. The bride and her bridesmaids enjoyed a fun, laidback, beauty filled morning at a suite at the Opryland Hotel having their hair styled by several stylists from Elan in Green Hills and makeup was done by Nicole, Erin's sister-in-law.

0067

Her gorgeous mantilla veil was the one that her mother wore on her wedding day. Isn't her little sexy bride sweatshirt from Victoria's Secret adorable?!?!

0112

Her gorgeous gown by Judd Waddell was purchased at Faccio in Franklin and her beautiful accessories were purchased at The Bride Room and created by Paris.

0123

The beautiful photographs were taken by the husband and wife team of M. Couturier. The also provided the videography services for the day as well.

0008

Erin's colors were a blush pink and strawberry red. These beautiful bouquets were created by the very talented horicultural team at Opryland. Mrs. Purcell just happened upon this wonderful, and convient, resource. They did a phenominal job on the florals!

0117

0147

To make her maid of honor, her sister, stand out, her dress was reversed in color. An adorable touch! Her bridesmaids dresses were ordered at The Bridal Gallery in Franklin.

0211

A Delightful Day's own Amber Housley designed the papergoods for the wedding including the programs seen here, the drink menu's for the bars, menu cards, and table numbers.

0243

Erin and Brian were a very traditional couple and wanted the first moment seeing each other to be in the ceremony. This cute picture was taken right before the ceremony began.

After the bubble exit at the church, Erin arranged for transportation for she and Brian and the bridal party to Opryland in a limo bus provided by Matchless Limos so they could all be together! She had adorable koozie's made and provided drinks and snacks for them to sip and eat on the way to Opryland. That was a perfect idea  because it was a hot day!

A lounge area was created on either side of the ballroom for guests to enjoy in between their dancing. These great, modern pieces were provided by Music City Tents and Events.

Beautiful amber lighting set a romantic ambiance in the room to compliment very crisp, traditional white linens and chair covers. The sweetheart table was situated right in front of the dance floor and perfect viewing of their band from Atlanta, Excite Party Band.

The gobo design was created by Sweet Life Designs owner and A Delightful Day coordinator Amber Housley. At the beginning of the reception while guests were coming in and for the first dance, the gobo was projecting on the dance floor, and as the party got started, the gobo was moved onto the wall behind Excite.

Hello all! It's been a while since a post because of such a crazy start to a wedding season! This month marks one year of full time planning for me, and what a year it has been. This wedding recap is such a true, fairytale, southern wedding. Heather and Mark were such a sweet couple that really fit together. Heather came to me for day-of assistance with the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding. With a stormy start to the weekend, the rehearsal brought beautiful weather with warm, crisp winds and wonderful, warm sun! Heather and Mark chose Belle Meade Plantations Carriage House to host their rehearsal dinner for their family and out of town guests.

Sl_chipps003

Heather created a fun, crisp, and springlike backdrop for her bar-b-que fun! Her colors were white, lime green, and chocolate brown.

Sl_chipps001

These adorable koozies were created for the guests to carry their beers around all night in their themed colors of lime green and white. They were a huge hit and a great keepsake for all of their guests as a remembrance of the weekend.

Sl_chipps002

Here is the precious couple, Heather and Mark, in their laidback, Nashville casual attire at the end of the night. Great food, great family and friends, and a fun day ahead.

Sl_chipps003x2

\\\

I always love having a pic with the bride, and it has never been at the rehearsal dinner. At the end of a long day, we exchanged a big hug before the wedding day began!

Sl_chipps012x2

Sl_chipps013

Wedding day brought beautiful skies once again and a very happy bride! I have never seen a bride with a permanent grin like Heather had on that day! She was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute, as every bride should. Her bridesmaids came to join her to get dressed at Woodmont Christian Church were the ceremony was going to be held.

Sl_chipps005x2

Gorgeous bouquets, altar pieces, and centerpieces were created by Terry White and The English Garden.

Sl_chipps004x2

Her gorgeous gown was purchased at Faccio Bridal in Franklin.

This incredible picture was taken by photographer Katie with Silent Light Images as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Sl_chipps010

Fun bridesmaids shot in front of a t-bird that was owned by a close friend of the bride, and mother of the maid of honor. It's always fun to incorporate friends and family were you can.

Sl_chipps011

Sl_chipps006x2

Jack captured this shot of Heather walking in to see Mark for the first time. I love when couples choose to see each other for the first time before the ceremony because it breaks that anxious feeling, you can be alone, and get some of the sweetest shots of the bride and groom and their reactions to seeing each other.

Sl_chipps006

Beautiful ceremony programs with Heather's monogram, since they aren't married yet, were created by Beth at Buchanan Ink, my favorite invitation boutique.

Sl_chipps009

Here we are taking a breather, Amber and I, after getting Heather down the aisle.

Sl_chipps008x2

This is such a sweet shot looking into the ceremony. Woodmont doesn't allow flash photography in the sanctuary, so Katie captured this moment quietly behind shut doors.

Sl_chipps009x2

The happy Mr. and Mrs. right after being announced.

Heather, Mark, and the bridal party rode a trolley provided by Matchless from Woodmont Christian to the Hermitage Hotel for the reception.

Sl_chipps011x2

Gorgeous, and very tasty cakes, were created by Leland Riggins and Dessert Designs.

Super T and The Tyrone Smith Revue provided a night full of entertainment, even pulling out the "Super T" costume and getting the bride and bridesmaids up on the stage.

Heather and Mark, Thanks for a wonderful and beautiful night for us! We truly enjoyed helping your dreams become a reality. Many blessings in the years to come!

Designing Love

Hi all! This is the long awaited recap of the Katz wedding that we had back on March 15th at her parents beautiful home in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. Their house was an old plantation style home set on spacious land surrounded by hundreds of trees, and on this day surrounded by love of their friends and family. We had a wonderful time bringing the vision of Elizabeth to fruition on a rainy spring day. The plan was an outdoors ceremony on the front lawn of home and a cocktail hour and reception in the tent. However, mother nature had a different plan. But, we're planners and our job is to be flexible. So... after change of decision several times, we decided on the ceremony in the cocktail tent and then on to the reception. In the midst of it all, the rain didn't damper the love that Elizabeth and Matt have for each other as it was celebrated on that day. Here are some wonderful pictures by Josh Reeder that captured who Matt and Elizabeth are.

Katz4

This first pic is to show you how muddy it was that day! This was the aisle runner after the ceremony was over and 125 people trampled over it getting to the reception. Good thing we laid it down at the last moment for the bride to walk on!

Katz1

These adorable shoes show the unique and creative side of the bride. It's these touches that really create an event all your own. Her gorgeous dress was covered in taffeta rosettes from the famed Kleinfield's bridal in New York.

Katz2

Katz3

These polaroid's were taken throughout the night by the bride's sister, capturing all of the guests that were present and some candids as well.

Katz5

The adorable favors that were created by the bride and groom were displayed for guests at the end of the night to take home with them. They created buttons with the motif that was used throughout the whole wedding, a tattoo that both the bride and groom have, chocolate bars with personalized wrappers, and records of various artists that the bride and groom created the covers for.

Katz8

This adorable cake featured Elizabeth's woodland theme with small plastic deer and mushrooms created in fondant by the always talented Bake Shoppe's lead cake designer, Amy. The cake plateau was created by the bride's mother from a tree stump that had fallen during the tornado's back serveral months ago. She covered it in a clear coat and it was PERFECT!!!

The Respectables provided the fun entertainment for the evening as well as the incredible lighting that was featuring branches throughout the tent provided by Bradfield Event Lighting.

Seasons of Love

The long anticipated recap of November 17th has finally arrived! Stephanie and Sean's well planned event was such a blast to coordinate and there was much attention paid to details that created a beautiful day. Stephanie and Sean were married at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brentwood and their reception was held at the UAW hall in Spring Hill. This site was a unique setting for a late fall wedding. The weather was beautiful as Stephanie was walking down the aisle towards her groom, Sean. After a touching ceremony, the guests joined Sean and Stephanie for dinner and dancing. We had a blast and for the first time got out on the dance floor with the bride, groom, and their bridal party dancing to the tunes of Blake, owner of Nashville Event Lighting. Blake also created a beautiful wash of fall like colors with the creams, greens, oranges, and chocolates of this fall wedding. Mary Weary of Menu Maker Catering created a delightfully tasting buffet and guests enjoyed capping off their evening with a wedding cake done by a family friend and an eleven o'clock snack for the guests headed back to their hotel with transportation provided by the Nashville Wedding Trolley. Enjoy the incredible pictures by Dove Wedding Photography who captured this beautiful day!

A Wedding Whirlwind

I will never forget the hurried and frantic call of a mother of the bride looking for a planner for her daughter. Tina had told me every wedding planner she had called to plan a wedding in two months, the weekend after Christmas, for her daughter had laughed at her. I said, I"m up for the challenge. So the planning whirlwind began for Tina and I as Darcie, the bride, was in the process of selling her house, making decisions for a wedding, packing her things to move to Alabama directly after the wedding for her military life she was marrying into. Darcie and Kyle were engaged and married in a 3 month span of time. Kyle is in the military studying to fly helicopters and was going to be moving to Alabama. Darcie didn't want to spend any time away from him, thus the two month wedding planning began. This proves that planning a wedding can be done in two months, even one for 190 guests! Here are some beautiful photos by Mary Claire Crow for you to enjoy!

This, among all the other incredible florals, was created by the talented and might I add savy, florist Steve McLellan with Garden Delights in Franklin. I can't say anything but good things working with Steve. This was my first time and I will be calling him many times over.

The beautiful bride posing for a picture in her dress from Faccio bridal in Cool Springs. There's nothing like ordering a wedding gown with less than 2 months to spare.

Darcie's father, Mr. Thompson, gave her such a sweet gift as she was preparing to walk down the aisle. It is always so sweet to see the father's give their daughter's, especially only daughters, a gift to remember the day by.

Darcie's something borrowed were her gorgeous shoes that were given to her to use by a close family friend. Even cuter was that they were pink!

A wonderfully unique shot by Mary Claire.

This was the moment we were telling the both of them to breathe and enjoy the moment. I have to agree with Mary Claire in her blog that I only wonder what Mr. Thompson is thinking! Right before Darcie walked down the aisle, we had a little issue with the ringbearer not wanting to walk down the aisle because his boutonniere fell off. So I had to the middle of the aisle walk down and put it back on so he would keep going without throwing a fit. Grandpa had to come and escort him the rest of the way! You never know what's going to happen with kids.

The pic that Darcie requested from day one: A rose petal exit! She got what she wanted and such happiness is portrayed in this picture. They were taken away in a Classic White Jaguar provided by Matchless Limo.

The reception took place at City Hall, a music venue in the Gulch that does wedding receptions as well. It's an incredibly great space with which you have lots of decor options. The entrance was draped and drawn back like a curtain so as guests walked in they were brought in to a gorgeous reception space. The incredible draping was created by Draping Designs and lighting was by a vendor who works frequently with City Hall, TechWorks. Mary Claire said that she overheard one of the valet's that evening say that he had never seen City Hall look so beautiful! Before the guests were ushered over to City Hall to begin eating from the stations, the guests had a cocktail hour next door at BarTwenty3. The food was tremendous, provided by A Dream Come True Catering, and kudos goes to Craig Morris for a wonderfully manage catered event. The guests took part in a chef-manned Quesadilla station, Sushi, Mashed Potatoes Martini station, Jamacian station as the main course, Fondue station to have with their cake, and Espresso station. After dinner, guests had a blast taking a swing around the dance floor with music provided by Excite Party Band from Atlanta.

Darcie and Kyle had such a fun first dance to a Garth Brooks song, one of kyle's favorites, sung by a close family friend.

The incredibly beautiful cake was created by Amy Richardson at The Bake Shoppe. It was made of 6 different flavors with white chocolate cigarettes lining the outside. Ummmm!!!

Dkm014

This was a beautiful photo taken while Darcie and Kyle were having a cocktail alone before they were announced.

Dkm015

This was a fun pic of Darcie and Kyle taking a go at the Photobooth they had set up for their guests favor. A Guestbook was created by the photos of the guests, they created a message to them next to their pictures, and then the guests took home the photos as well. The line was long all night long! It was huge hit care of Photobooth Nashville.

After a couple of cigars with his groomsmen, Darcie and Kyle caught a pic with Amber and I before departing in their limo to the Hermitage Hotel. It was such a wonderful experience creating this day for Kyle and Darcie. Best Wishes on their lives in Alabama!
